The Starbucks Verismo Milk Frother is fully automatic and has one touch button operation.

It will automatically switch itself off after milk is steamed or frothed. The mechanism (the whisk is attached to) that is used to froth milk is attached to the lid of the frother and connected to carafe with metal contacts to the side of the lid. Ensure the metal contacts on both the carafe and lid are properly in line when closing the lid.

A quick 1 second press of the frother button will produce hot froth. Hold the button for 3 seconds (until the button turns blue) to produce cold froth. It doesn’t get simpler than that.

The Starbucks Verismo Milk Frother does a great job in producing hot or cold frothed milk and steamed milk for coffee beverages.

The hot frothed milk produced could be a bit hotter for espresso coffee beverages. It can be troublesome to get frothing assembly working as the lid has to be securely connected to carafe, at times the motor does not work in assembly due to improper connection. However this is also a safety feature and ensures that the lid is secure and milk will not overflow if you’ve accidentally overfilled it.
