What I Like about the KitchenAid Nespresso Machine
Fast Heat up time
Broiler in the KitchenAid Nespresso heats the water for my coffee drink in 25 seconds.
Easy to Use
I can simply turn the dial on the front of the machine to select cup size and press button to start the brewing process. Another great feature of the machine is that it automatically selects the last cup size used by the machine before it powered off.
Easy to Clean
It has a capsule disposal tray, drip tray and drip grid can be removed quite easily and they are dishwasher safe. However the water tank ha
s to be hand washed with hot soapy water and the machine itself should be wiped off with damp none-abrasive cloth. It is easy to clean the dispenser, you only need to turn the machine on the lungo setting and run water through the machine at least three times.
The KitchenAid Nespresso is created from the highest grade aluminum and zinc die-cast that can withstand some of the harshest conditions. It just looks very sturdy and you can definitely tell it is a high-end machine by its full metal structure.
Some Minor Downsides…
This espresso machine does not have many bad points, as long as all instructions are followed the machine will work like a charm. There are only two minor downsides about the machine; it does not have the capability to steam or froth milk and you will have to turn the dial to the right and wait 6 seconds to manually turn off the machine. If you really think about it, the incapability to froth and steam milk is not that bad, most capsule machines are not equipped with a steam wand.
The overall looks, features and design of the KitchenAid Nespresso are pretty impressive.
The machine’s 19-bar pressure pump will brew espresso of the highest quality. The espresso machine is just a bit on the heavier side for its size due to its all metal feature and the KitchenAid Nespresso fast heat feature will fit perfectly for someone working with a busy schedule. There is no hassle to get the machine to start brewing your favorite coffee beverage, thanks to its pre-programed cup sizes and coffee type selection.
If you really want frothed and steamed milk for your coffee, you can get the Nespresso Aeroccino 3 along with the machine.
